As summer heats up, cool down with this veggie-packed Summer Gazpacho. Loaded with fresh produce from your local farmers markets, this chilled soup is perfect for making ahead and serving as an appetizer or a refreshing weekday lunch. Add this Summer Gazpacho to your menu planning and enjoy the peak freshness and superior taste of Georgia’s harvest while supporting our local farmers.

Gazpacho is a delicious solution to avoiding food waste in your home. Originating from southern Spain, this soup serves the dual purpose of using readily available ingredients at their freshest to their fullest, and beating the heat with its chilled preparation.

Shop local to source June’s freshest ingredients. Summer squash, tomatoes, corn, lima beans, eggplant, green beans, blueberries, and cantaloupe are in peak season. By buying in season from local farmers, you'll not only create a dish bursting with color and taste but support a more sustainable food system.

Embrace the farm-to-table movement and savor the essence of summer with every spoonful. Whether you're hosting a summer gathering or simply looking for a healthy meal option, this gazpacho is a versatile and delightful addition to your menu rotation. Enjoy the satisfaction of knowing that your delicious meal also supports local and sustainable agriculture.

Keep it simple, keep it local.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
