Tim Williams

Tim Williams has always believed that some of life’s best conversations happen around a table with good food and the people you love. Throughout a career spanning several industries, he has been happiest when his work allowed him to serve his community and help people.

Tim brings a strong foundation in operations and customer service. For eight years, he served as a Production Operations Manager and Project Manager at The Weather Channel, where he managed daily operations, coordinated across teams and stakeholders, and maintained reliability and accountability in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Since 2023, he has owned and operated a TLCitrus franchise, serving as the primary point of contact for customers, managing scheduling and logistics, and resolving concerns quickly and professionally. Building a business focused on educating others showed him how meaningful it is to make a positive difference in someone’s day.

That is what drew Tim to Retaaza. He is energized by the work of connecting people with local food, supporting farmers, reducing waste, and strengthening communities. Dependable and curious, he enjoys building relationships and helping people feel heard.

Outside of work, Tim and his wife, Lynette, enjoy spending time with family, trying new recipes, and tending their garden. An avid reader, he is always looking for something new to learn and share. He hopes to be remembered as someone who served his community and left every place a little better than he found it.
