Mahlik Moss

Mahlik Moss joins us as our newest Market Operator. In this role, Mahlik will operate Retaaza mobile and pop-up markets, manage market inventory, and serve the community through Retaaza Rx's food access programming.

A native of Richmond, VA, Mahlik is a devoted husband and proud father of two boys. His passion for fresh, healthy food took root in childhood, inspired by his late grandmother, who taught him how to garden and instilled a love for cultivating and nurturing the earth.

Professionally, Mahlik wears many hats. He is service minded, a skilled public speaker, and the visionary behind “Mahlik’s Urban Kitchen,” where he shares his culinary talents. His career journey includes roles in customer service at Home Depot and United Healthcare, and he currently serves as Administrator at Point of Grace Church in Riverdale.

Mahlik’s enthusiasm for fresh, local food and community health aligns seamlessly with Retaaza’s mission. Outside of work, he is also a TikTok influencer, captivating audiences with his dynamic content and engaging videos.

Mahlik’s diverse experiences and passion make him a valuable addition to the Retaaza team and a driving force for positive change in the communities he serves.
