Kashi Sehgal

Kashi Sehgal is Founder and CEO of Retaaza. She has become a seasoned entrepreneur since starting her first business in 2005, building companies and nonprofits spanning technology, sustainability, education, ethics, economic development, and more.

Kashi has worked with several global, publicly traded corporations leading strategy and business development across design, ecommerce, supply chain, and manufacturing. As a consultant with Accenture, she worked with governmental organizations and Fortune 100s on organizational development, strategy, and growth. Today, she focuses on strategic growth, ethics, and purpose, with a passion for working alongside startups, early-stage companies, and nonprofits.

She is an advisor, mentor, and investor to companies globally including a purpose-driven private equity group. Kashi serves on boards such as The Carter Center’s Board of Councilors, Gateway Center, Emory University’s Center for Ethics, and a variety of others in her community.
