Jonathan Hernandez

Born and raised in Texas, Jonathan attended Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Plant and Soil Science and then earned his Master of Science at Penn State University in Entomology. He is currently working on his MBA at Emory University. 

Prior to attending business school, Jonathan worked for four years in the Research and Development and Healthcare industries. Most recently, he worked in a lab at UT Southwestern Medical Center where he performed molecular diagnostic testing for hospital patients.  

Jonathan is extremely passionate about making the world a better place in order for everyone around him to have the opportunity to live a prosperous and joyous life. He prides himself on always being a learner as he believes that constantly seeking knowledge will best help him in his journey to making a positive impact. This is also reflected in some of his hobbies, which include playing chess and studying and training in martial arts.
